I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the food, which was delicious and offered good variety. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice service ,clean rooms ,very good location you can find lot of local french rest around , very good and with lot of chioces breakfast and the most important .... all of the staff profesionals and very friendly !!! I will go back easily

Ambiance très fami?iale pour ceux qui fréquentent régulièrement cet h?tel. On y est reconnu et on conna?t vos habitudes même si on n’est pas revenu dans cet h?tel depuis un an. A noter aussi l’emplacement exceptionnel

We really enjoyed this hotel. We were able to walk to many places in Paris and if we didn’t, there were many transport options. We had a great check in from Leni and our room had a lovely balcony. We were able to sit out there once and have our dinner. I would not hesitate to stay here again because of the staff and it’s location.

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet h?tel et je n'ai pas ete enchanté : - une femme de ménage qui ouvre la porte de la chambre a 9h20. J'ai crié Hoooo et elle a dit excusez moi et a fermé la porte - l'insonorisation est pas terrible, on sait même quand le métro passe - L’ascenseur qui ne veut pas aller au RDC quand on appuie sur "0" plusieurs fois, obligé de prendre l'escalier. Sinon le personnel a l’accueil est bien, la chambre propre et la salle de bain est bien avec une grande douche. Pour un 4 étoiles, c'est décevant.

I stayed at the Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe for a week and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city. The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of Paris, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe, even in the evenings, and is full of charming cafés, bakeries, and restaurants that made each day feel authentically Parisian. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to return to after long days out. The staff were courteous and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris, whether for business or leisure.

We got switched rooms when we first arrived because the safe wouldn't lock, but it was handled quickly, politely and easily with no stress. The staff were very friendly. The lobby, lift and rooms were clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, great pillows. There were plenty of USB sockets in the rooms for all our gadgets. The only minor tweaks that I would make is that we didn't have a socket in the bathroom to charge our electric toothbrush and the shower head wasn't mounted to the wall, it was a handheld shower head. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel on every level. It's location 5 minutes from the A'd'T, 15 minutes from the Sky Bar, a handy distance from Gard De Nore and having a great Monoprix store 2 doors down, a great range of restaurants, just fab location. Thanks for looking after us.
